Why is the consultation manager speaking so casually? I made a consultation appointment, but the consultation was only after an hour and a half^^ They didn't even explain specifically how the surgery would be done. It was a waste of time... and they looked far too unprofessional There was also pressure to book, and besides the surgery consultation, asking personal questions like my age and occupation made no sense at all.
