This is the hospital I went to because I wanted natural-looking nose surgery that wouldn't show. As I expected, the director didn't recommend anything overly aggressive, and just said it simply and clearly. The doctor wasn't the type to add overly detailed explanations or only say nice things, so I think some people felt they were a bit unfriendly, but I actually liked that they pointed out what wasn't right and emphasized keeping it natural, which made me trust them. The cost seems a bit expensive and the director seems to have a very firm style, so people who want a flashy nose may have mixed feelings about it.
