I went for a consultation in the middle of the month, and they said surgery would be possible at the beginning of the next month. The director explained things well on his own at first, and I asked a few questions. At first he was patient and kind, but the more follow-up questions I asked, the less of that initial kindness there was. I asked whether osteotomy would make my nose even more blocked since I already have rhinitis, and he said no. (At a YouTube channel and at another place I consulted, they said osteotomy could make the nose blocked, so I don't know which is right.) I asked how many millimeters of silicone would be inserted, and they said it wouldn't be much, around 3 mm. I personally said I didn't want it to be more than 3 mm, and he asked me if I knew the difference between 3 mm and 4 mm, saying even he wouldn't know and that he'd only know once the surgery started. That does sound right. Honestly, they could put in 3.5 mm and lie to the patient that they used 3 mm, and the patient wouldn't know. I liked that they showed me the expected after-look on a photo-edited side profile. The staff were generally all kind. For rhinitis, it came to 450,000-something won. A plain nose surgery was 3.85 million won, so the total goes over 4 million won, but the manager said they would do both functional and cosmetic nose surgery for 3.85 million won. They said the CCTV can be monitored live by a guardian.
