I waited quite a while past my scheduled time. The staff were kind, but it felt like there wasn't a proper manual or system. The doctor was kind, but the consultation was a bit mechanical, and there was a tendency to speak in rough estimates rather than numbers. There wasn't much pressure to do anything major, but there was some pressure to lock in the schedule quickly.
