I'm transgender, so I've been going around for consultations to lower my T-zone. But here they said they do the brow bone and nose together, so I got a consultation. The consultation said the tip of my nose had sunk a bit, so they suggested lifting it more, and for the brow bone they said they would shave it during surgery to make it fit, without taking an X-ray.
