The hospital is clean and waiting there felt quite comfortable. I felt the appointment and consultation system was well organized, and it seemed to be centered on the patients visiting rather than on the hospital’s own convenience. I had once missed an appointment because of unavoidable circumstances, and when they rescheduled, they carefully made sure I didn’t feel bad about it. The director feels very professional, and even though the consultation was free, the director still gave me a good consultation. The consultation manager also explained everything sincerely. When I went, there were a few middle-aged groups there, so I could tell they were fairly well known for anti-aging surgery and care.
