After watching a YouTube video where he explained the side effects of fillers, Ultracol, and Juvelook very accurately from the perspective of the surgeon performing the operation, I quickly made a reservation and went for a consultation after looking at reviews from this community. He was young, and we talked a lot about the direction I wanted most. - He gently released the tight tear trough ligament (cutting it), then went in with septum reinforcement surgery, and did the operation so nothing like sutures would protrude. - Filler removal method: he said to stop relying on dissolving injections from now on. Fibrous tissue can be removed during surgery, and dissolving it by injecting on the skin surface can lead to poor shape results. He also said that if you try to remove all of Ultracol, your own tissue will come out with it and the space can sink in even more, so it won't be possible to remove it perfectly. He even palpated my sunken side cheek where I had only dissolved one side, and said not to make the other cheek sink the same way just because one side was abnormally hollow. Instead, he said to refine only the lower line well with jaw botox. - He said my skin elasticity was good and there were no wrinkles or sagging, so why was I thinking about lower blepharoplasty? He said that should be done in the mid-50s, and honestly, repositioning could probably wait until the mid-40s. When he said that, I asked, 'Then should I just survive on filler for a little while and get repositioning after giving birth?' Then he asked if I had photos of my face when the filler had clumped under my eyes. When I showed them to him, he said my skin was thin so Tyndall effect would definitely happen, and since I'd already dissolved it once my under-eye area was already thinner and the Tyndall effect would look even worse, so filler was really absolutely not recommended. If I really had to, he said only a very small amount of fat grafting should be done.
