In short, nose surgery can make the nose into a shape, but it does not make it pretty. It can make the nose higher, lower, or whatever shape, but it does not make it pretty. It really does not become pretty. The nose shape may become higher than before, but it still does not look pretty. This is really, really the problem. The doctor definitely has the shape he wants or the style he pursues, so it turns out exactly like that. Like with any plastic surgeon, they make it in their own preferred style, so you have to look at the review photos and before-and-after photos and go in expecting that kind of change. It is the same with this doctor. You can just think it will look exactly like the after photos. Do not expect a pretty nose at all. I am planning a revision.
