I went in for consultation about revision surgery on my nasal tip. I was told that silicone would have to be inserted, and when I said I was afraid of implants, they said it would also be possible with dermis. I liked the shape in the before-and-after photos, but the cost is too expensive, so I think I need to think about it once more ㅠ
