The consultation with the manager and the consultation with the director felt so similar that it was clear the manager had explained things very professionally! The director was also kind and detailed, and without me even saying much, they pinpointed exactly the areas I had been worrying about and told me how to solve them, so I trust them haha. The price was also around what I had expected, so I'm still thinking about it.
