Both the doctor and the staff were very kind. The facility feels old, but not over the top, so it's fine. The doctor seems to have a lot of experience and speaks briefly. I liked that a staff member came into the consultation too and helped shape the line. I'm keeping them as a candidate and will go get consultations at a few other places too.
