I had extremely hooded eyes, and the consultation didn’t even last 5 minutes. I also wasn’t told the surgery cost. They said they couldn’t judge yet and told me to come back after a few months, so I couldn’t tell whether it was a refusal to operate or not, and they seemed unsure. I had seen reviews saying they were unfriendly, but it wasn’t that bad. It wasn’t exactly friendly either. It was just so-so.
