The hospital is a bit small and there are a lot of people. The staff looked extremely busy, and it was a little chaotic, and I had to get the anesthetic cream while waiting in a chair outside. The doctor helped ease the atmosphere well, and I was very satisfied with the procedure results, but I didn’t feel that the assistant was friendly at all.
