Well, first of all, the director seems very professional. They said it could be done without an implant, but there might be a height difference at the transition. And I think they were speaking very realistically (it can hurt your feelings, but rationally I think that's the better approach). Still, no matter how much Hi-CO it is, for a first procedure I couldn't justify paying over 600, so I didn't go through with it. Even so, it felt like a professional consultation, so that was fine.
