I took a CT and went straight to the director for a consultation The director explained things calmly and well, and since it was my fifth consultation, I knew quite a bit and asked about all sorts of things, but they did not seem annoyed and explained everything kindly They recommended donor rib cartilage and said ear cartilage and donor dermis might also be added if needed I liked that they pointed out only the necessary areas and talked about them directly The director was good, but the manager was especially good too. Kind, calm, and different from the managers at other hospitals It feels like I want to have surgery here mainly because of the manager, though the director is good too
