I trusted them and had a second revision because the consultation with the director during my second revision was so good (we talked for over 30 minutes just about the consultation). But after a year, the tip dropped and a step formed in the middle. Originally it had been supported with septal material, but that was removed and changed to ear cartilage. But it actually dropped more than my old nose. So I went to another hospital and had a third surgery with autologous costal cartilage. There was no problem with the surgery itself. It wasn’t a side effect; I just didn’t like the changed shape. They said they would do another revision if I paid extra
