I booked a consultation for my first nose surgery and had a CT scan, then had consultation with manager > director > manager. I wanted a natural nose, so I only asked about the tip, but the director recommended silicone, saying it might feel lacking without it. But there are a few people around me who had problems because of silicone, so I was really worried That was a difference in opinion between us.
