My older brother's nose was totally like a boxer nose, and it even had a bit of a hump... it was a mess, so he had nose surgery. At first he only found sleeping while sitting up uncomfortable, and apparently there was not much pain. The minor swelling has now gone down, so it has settled to some extent, and the tip definitely looks slimmer and the hump does not stand out anymore. It seems to have come out very well and suits his face nicely~
