Because I had prominent zygomatic arches, my face itself looked wide... Before surgery I worried I might regret it and that it would look unnatural, but after zygoma contouring type 1, that worry disappeared completely. Right after surgery there was swelling, so my face looked a bit bigger, but as time passed it definitely became smoother without the sides of the cheekbones looking prominent, so I am satisfied. Especially the front view of my face line becoming softer than before is what I like most
