Had a consultation about nasal implant removal. I was told that if the existing silicone is removed, there may be bone erosion, and that removing it would not make my nose go back to the way it was originally. I was told to do a revision using costal cartilage for the tip and replace the silicone. I was also told that during surgery they would check the condition of the nose, and if silicone was not really necessary, they could leave it out if I didn’t want it. It didn’t feel especially friendly, but the opinions were clear and he seemed confident. I don’t really want to use silicone again, so I didn’t make a reservation for now. They showed me a few before-and-after photos, and I did like them ㅋㅋ
