I got a consultation for nose + eye revision surgery, and since I have thick nostrils, they recommended not the usual alar reduction that everyone knows, but some kind of surgery to cut away the flesh of the nostrils..? I was so confused because I'd never even heard of it before.. Still, they are honest and very straightforward.. The office manager was kind, but the wait is extremely long~
