I went because I heard the splint could be removed quickly, but that wasn’t true. You have to keep the splint on for at least 6 days. I felt like I’d get scolded if I kept asking whether it could be removed any soonerㅠ but I guess that’s fair. The director was very honest and gave the most thorough consultation. When I said what I wanted, he clearly told me it was a nose that would be hard to see much effect with. (high bridge and wide, slightly drooping tip, round tip, protruding-mouth impression) Surgery plan - osteotomy of the nasal bridge, use the septum if needed (and ear cartilage if necessary) It was the last clinic of four consultations in one day, and the director said the plans from the earlier clinics were probably similar, which turned out to be true. I said only one clinic suggested making the nose much higher and using silicone too, and he explained in detail why silicone is not recommended for my current nose. (Going there last was probably the right call) He carefully showed before-and-after photos and explained similar cases in detail too, so it felt a bit like a professor giving a one-on-one lecture. They seem to prioritize safety and a natural look. There was someone who came in for post-op care after nose surgery, and it looked natural. If my nose had been the kind that would benefit a lot here, I would have seriously considered this place.
