I saw a review saying the consultation manager was forcing people to pay a deposit, and they said the exact same thing to me, so I found it a bit funny.. The director seemed very professional and experienced, but it didn't feel like a match for the style I'm after.. This place feels less like a procedure and more like a complete overhaul.. I haven't signed up yet, but it still seems worth considering.
