Ugh... I really have so much I want to say...;; First, the manager is insanely kind. That part is absolutely 100% true, no lie at all. I probably would not have decided to have surgery at this hospital if it weren’t for the consultation manager. Sometimes when I read reviews here, I see things like the manager being rude or pushing for a deposit, but I don’t know which manager they had. My assigned manager was none of that and was very gentle. After talking with the manager, I talked with the doctor, and the doctor just spoke in a very vague way and didn’t really set out a line. There was no explanation like what kind of line I wanted or how the surgery would proceed. Then the consultation ended with him saying my eyes would suit anything. I was worried about epicanthoplasty, but the manager said it would be better not to do it, so I thought, "This isn’t a hospital that forces unnecessary surgery just to make money!" and suddenly made a reservation and had surgery the very next day. I didn’t really talk much with the doctor, so I’m not sure, but the other nurses and staff were all kind. While they were operating, I could hear them talking, and one nurse said she was pregnant, so in my heart I was thinking, "You’re a hero in this low-birthrate era. I hope you have a safe delivery." When I went back for a follow-up to remove the stitches, the doctor looked at my eyes and said something like, "I did make this side a little higher..." and trailed off. Then he said I must come back next month for another follow-up. Honestly, that made me like them even more. It felt like they were willing to take responsibility in a situation where they might have made a mistake. If you like a glamorous look, I recommend them.
