Review

First of all, among the hospitals I visited for consultations, the doctor was extremely kind during the consultation. So was the director. But the people at the front desk were just so-so. Even though my appointment time had already passed by 40 minutes and I asked when I could have the consultation, they just said it would be soon, with blank expressions. The feeling that waiting there was somehow just to be expected was not great. I did get the consultation, but since it’s an ENT clinic, I’m a bit torn
