I went to Seain for a consultation. When I met and talked with Director Hwang, I could feel that he has a firm philosophy of his own. I had decided to get plastic surgery and had gone after listening to all kinds of people in a community, but it was all pointless, and after hearing the director's explanation, I learned properly, in an academic way, what kind of surgery would be done on my face and came away reflecting on it. Because of that, I ended up trusting him even more. My nose, which all clinics recommend, is a short nose with a columella inserted. He said I don't need hump removal, osteotomy, donor rib cartilage, or silicone, and that what matters is managing the visible effect and shadowed areas. What's the point if it's only made higher? He was confident that even without forcing such a risky surgery, there is a high enough chance of improvement. I'm still torn with another clinic, but if the dates work out, I think I'll choose Director Hwang.
