It was exactly one year ago that I had the surgery. He was the surgeon, and the operation was done without implants, using ear cartilage. The procedures were nostril reduction (non-incisional), nose tip (ear cartilage), and between the eyebrows (ear cartilage inserted at the nasal root). I'm very satisfied now, but once in a while, very rarely, I do think maybe I should have had silicone inserted. hehe
