While searching for rhinoplasty information all over the place, I found an anonymous rhinoplasty information blog run by a plastic surgeon. The posts were professional and trustworthy, so I asked in the comments and found out it was Director Hwang Se-hwi at Sein Plastic Surgery. So I went for a consultation, and he kindly spent a long time explaining the structure of the nose and the principles of rhinoplasty...? and so on. And after years of getting consultations, he said that just hearing what the client wants is not enough to know, so he asked me to bring photos of the nose I wanted. That was a bit different from other plastic surgery consultations. Anyway, after the consultation I liked the feeling, so I had ear cartilage used for cartilage repositioning at the tip of the nose there. He also said he would place crushed cartilage into the glabella to raise it only very slightly. Looking at the before-and-after photos, the result seems a bit prettier, but only to the point that other people wouldn’t notice and only I would. But since I originally didn’t want an implant on the bridge and only did the tip, I wasn’t expecting a big change, so I’m satisfied. As for the glabella... honestly, I’m not really sure what changed haha...; Also, both the director and the consultation manager gave me the impression that they weren’t chasing money, unlike other places. They also don’t advertise much... You’ll probably feel that if you go for a consultation yourself.
