As soon as I entered the hospital, I had a consultation with Director Hwang. The anatomical explanation of the nose was honestly... difficult, but because the director explained it confidently and professionally, I gained a lot of trust. I asked the manager to somehow fit me in for surgery, even though it was pushing it, and they adjusted as much as possible.
