The consultation was very professional. They showed PPT slides and some kind of model while explaining the limitations and side effects of the common cartilage repositioning method. Then they explained a rhinoplasty method that uses vectors and force, and it may be correct, but it feels like a bit of an adventure, so I'm scared. If you want a specific silicone height or shape, you absolutely have to bring a photo and show it to them. If you don't know many celebrities, that could be difficult. The price is fixed because they use a set-rate system, so discounts or adjustments aren't possible. Because it's brief sedation plus local anesthesia, you'll be conscious the whole time during surgery, which sounds scary. But the safety seems guaranteed. I can't know in advance what my nose shape will be like, so I'm curious.
