I had a revision nose surgery with the chief doctor, and once the swelling went down, the shape of the nose that had been my complex didn't change much, and only the tip kept getting sharper, so after about a year of worrying I decided on a third surgery... I think doing it here again was a mistake. It was just a waste of time and money, and my satisfaction is zero... maybe some people had good results, but for me it was very disappointing. Even during the consultation, they didn’t explain things first; they only answered after I asked. For the third surgery, even when I requested 3D imaging and a CT scan, they said it wasn’t necessary, but took them anyway like it was a bother. Of course, before surgery, shouldn’t they look at those and explain, based on my nose condition, what would be the best approach? When I raised an objection, they said we were busy before surgery and should talk again on the day of surgery, then just went ahead with the operation. Since it was my third surgery, I was more worried and nervous that day, and I was so flustered I couldn’t say anything and went through with it. I asked them to compare the photos and CT scans because I wanted to know how my nose had changed before and after surgery, but the consultation manager just rambled on and wouldn’t show them. Sigh... and now another year and a half has passed, and I’m still upset...
