I also wrote about it in the review board, but the director was a middle-aged male doctor. He was extremely confident, so I trusted him and went ahead. He said he had a lot of experience with hump nose procedures, and the result turned out well. Hump nose + septum + osteotomy!! It's been a long time, and I'm still grateful
