I went in for a nose consultation, and the staff were all kind, and the director explained things carefully. However, the consultation manager kept contacting me every cycle to the point it felt burdensome, asking whether I had made up my mind;; they were kind, but they also pushed a bit, saying there weren’t many possible surgery dates left and that I should definitely lock in a date and leave a deposit.. hmm
