I had a consultation for revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Seo Man-gun. He said the silicone in my nose was inserted too high and that he would lower it, and he recommended costal cartilage as the material for the tip. I said I wanted to use ear cartilage, and he said it might be a bit insufficient but that he would do it. Overall, it was a satisfactory consultation, but for now I plan to visit a few more places before deciding.
