When I went for the consultation, the facility itself felt really good. Since it was a large hospital, I remember that the consultation process involved a one-on-one meeting with the coordinator according to the set procedure. The consultation with the doctor was fine, but I couldn't hide my disappointment with the consultation with the coordinator. I understand the coordinator's desire to attract patients from a business standpoint, but from the patient's perspective, I hope they think a little more about us and approach the consultation with a more sincere attitude.
