I had revision surgery here twice ㅠ At first, I really liked the line.. the straight nose looked natural and came out well But maybe because it was done with the septum (or because the fixation was weak?), my nose would be slightly lifted in the morning, and if I pushed it down with my hand it would go back down ㅋㅋ (not like contracture or anything) So I had revision surgery, but because communication with the doctor was not done properly, the design was completely ruined ㅠㅠ sigh.. I really wish I hadn’t done nostril lowering.. it made my nose look bulbous Everyone said the old nose was better.. I could feel my impression had changed a lot too ㅠㅠ My face got downgraded instead of upgraded They should have told me during consultation that there was such a big risk, but they just made it sound simple, like it would be fine if I got cartilage grafting from the ear, so I didn’t look into nostril lowering in detail and just trusted the doctor ㅠ And they inserted a very short silicone implant in the bridge of the nose (I found out later from a CT scan at another clinic lol) Right now the bridge silicone is visible and it keeps rising toward the glabella When I had the second surgery, I also asked them to fix the boundary on the bridge where it felt sharply cut off, but it improved not even 1% ㅋㅋ The design was ruined too, so when I went back for another consultation, they acted annoyed, like “The surgery has no problem, so why are you back again?” That really upset me ㅠㅠ They were looking at me like I was the weird one when there was supposedly no problem.. even the consultation manager looked flustered at the doctor’s reaction.. I decided this place was not it and am looking for another clinic now, but because of nostril lowering the surgery options are really limited… Nostril lowering is really not something to do casually ㅠㅠ They say if you remove the nostril cartilage, scar tissue can form inside the nose or it can become pinched, so removal is almost impossible. Even if you do remove it, do it quickly.. I asked the clinic for photos of the nose before, when it had turned out pretty, and they dodged the question like they didn’t have them lol. Comparing it to my current nose, they’d probably be too embarrassed themselves to give them to me, so it was ridiculous ㅠㅠ The only good thing about this clinic is that the surgical environment seems clean.
