At first, he recommended ear cartilage because the nostrils need to come down and the nose needs to be lowered a bit. Extending the nose length is also up to my preference, but if I extend it beyond the current length, he said I would need costal cartilage, and since I dislike silicone, he recommended the method of grinding the costal cartilage and using it to raise the nose... I already knew that from hearing about it, but the cost was enormousㅠ Still, because they had done tests beforehand and there would be an anesthesiologist on site, it seems like they would handle it professionally, so I’m thinking about it.
