At first, he recommended ear cartilage because the nostrils need to come down and the nose needs to be lowered a bit. Extending the nose length is also up to my preference, but if I extend it beyond the current length, he said I would need costal cartilage, and since I dislike silicone, he recommended the method of grinding the costal cartilage and using it to raise the nose...
