There were a lot of people, so I had to wait a bit, but as expected from a large hospital, the system was organized and the pre-op testing system was good. Usually when using autologous costal cartilage, they make you use an affiliated hospital for things like calcification scans, but here they do everything on-site. I’d heard some people say the director’s consultation wasn’t great, but they were professional and I liked that we only talked about the essentials. The coordinator was also very kind and reassuring. I hope my nose surgery goes well this time....
