Overall, I didn't get the feeling that they were especially friendly, but the director did explain things well and answered my questions well too! The director also had experience, and seemed to pursue safety and natural results, which I liked, but since it's not a one-doctor clinic, that was a bit of a concern too... If I do get surgery, I'm not sure whether they'd look after the details carefully and thoroughly, so I'm hesitating
