I made a deposit and came in for same-day consultation and surgery because I liked the reviews. When I arrived... a staff member who didn't look like a manager came and handled the consent form and instructions, and there was something they definitely had not told me on the phone... if I got fat grafting, it counted as a revision surgery and they charged extra... I thought about challenging them for not telling me in advance, but I just kept quiet and went ahead. The staff member was unfriendly. The director was kind. The effect was good, but for the knee area they asked me about choosing incision, and I wish I hadn't done it... since I have keloid-prone skin, the scar remained quite a bit... The price is from a long time ago so it's only approximate, and I don't know now.
