I went there for an eye consultation, and the director explained everything in a calm, detailed way. The manager and all the staff were kind too, so I was able to have the consultation comfortably. I worry easily, so I was nervous before going, but they didn't pressure me to book and only recommended the surgery I actually needed. The explanation was long and detailed!!
