When I went to consultations, they showed other people's before-and-after photos, and I wish they had shown a nose similar to mine. But .. they showed me a nose that felt completely different, so that was disappointing. I went in for a nose consultation, but .. the manager mentioned that I should also get other procedures while doing nose surgery, saying it would be good to do other areas too. That felt off to me. The director too, I had visited more than 10 places for consultations, and .. he felt too busy. (It was also the shortest consultation time)
