The coordinators were all kind, so that was nice. But since I was told I would be consulting directly with the doctor, I organized all the questions I wanted to ask and went in prepared, yet the doctor only looked at my eyes, said to do it this way, and left in under 5 minutes, so I couldn't ask him a single question. That part was disappointing. After that I consulted with the coordinator, and she was kind, so that was fine. Still, it was impressive that he immediately decided on the surgical direction just by looking at my eyes, and I did feel like he had quite a bit of experience.
