I went for a consultation about a crooked nose. There was a bit of waiting, and the overall atmosphere was fine. But I feel like the director doesn't really suit me. It's not bad because they're concise, but from my perspective it felt like they were talking rather casually. I think it might just be me, but if you go for a consultation you'll probably know what I mean. Other than that, it was fine.
