I had a partial-incision front epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery, and it's been ten years, but the line hasn't lowered or come undone at all.... Within a year after the surgery, one eye loosened, and when I went back they said one stitch would fix it, so they redid the surgery for free. Since then I've had no problems.
