They didn't even take a CT or press on my nose with a cotton swab. I was glad there was no pressure to pay a deposit, but the surgery method the director recommended didn't match what I had in mind, so I passed. The manager and the director were both kind. There was no waiting either. The consultation took maybe about 20 minutes? It felt like a place that only answers exactly what you ask.
