I had a back canthoplasty about a year ago. There’s a little scar left, and it worked well at first, but now I’m not really sure it made much of a difference. My smiling eyes were already pretty good, and maybe because they didn’t use something like periosteal fixation unlike other hospitals. When I asked because it felt like it had opened back up, they said I’d need to pay for another consultation, so I’m just not going back.
