A long time ago I had surgery with silicone at another place, and my nose tip also turned red, so I had revision surgery with Gore-Tex and septal cartilage. The nose tip was so upturned it looked like a pig's nose, so the following year they did an additional surgery to bring the tip down with ear cartilage. I was unhappy with the shape, but thinking about how uncomfortable I had been because of the silicone, I decided to just forget it and live with it. These days I had a problem with my nose and went back, and there were many foreign patients. Maybe because they were so busy, they looked at me rather roughly, which was disappointing.
