Was it the vice director? I have a contracted nose with almost no extra skin, and I consulted about using all autologous costal cartilage. He spoke very confidently, and seemed to want to lower the tip and bridge a lot and raise them a lot. My skin is thin and there isn't any extra room, and I didn't want another revision surgery, so I just wanted the contracture fixed naturally. It wasn't a match for me, but if you want a more glamorous nose line, it might suit you well.
