First of all, the facilities are just okay. But skill matters more than being flashy, so I can overlook that. The consultation manager was extremely rude. Out of everywhere I've been, the rudest by far. That lowered my mood, so I lowered the score. The doctor spoke seriously and calmly, and seemed trustworthy.
